By joining this programme, members have exclusive access to mentorship with experienced professionals in their area of interest, a line-up of workshops and networking events, leading up to a fast track to a position within BNP Paribas Global Markets Portugal.

As part of the programme, you will have exclusive visits to our front office premises and a trading floor that is unique in Portugal. Experience the bells, the rings, the ambience and the day-to-day life of a BNP Paribas employee.
We have also planned some events with you in mind. From open days to networking get-togethers and wrap up with a very special farewell event.
BUDDY UP!
You will be assigned a buddy to guide and support you throughout this programme. They will be your BNP Paribas point of contact on any questions regarding end of masters or transition to a first job experience.
