BNP Paribas today announced it has completed the integration of Exane. The successful transfer of all clients, teams and technology to BNP Paribas, follows the integration of Exane in the Americas last year, completing the new global set up for the company.

Together with the launch of BNP Paribas’ Prime Services business in 2022 and coupled with the bank’s longstanding expertise in Equity Derivatives, this announcement signifies the completion of the bank’s Global Equities offering.
